  3. Pick a coach, arrange a free consultation, call to discuss how a coaching arrangement would work (after talking with you, the coach may suggest another CiC coach)

  4. You may decide not to go ahead. You're always welcome to contact us another time

 

 

 
 

Timing and costings

  • Coaching sessions are face to face or by video. They can be arranged across time zones

  • From experience, we recommend 3 month engagements (4 to 6 sessions) – the most popular and effective
  • Sessions run one hour for maximum benefit. Ideally, sessions are weekly to start and can be adjusted later
  • Rates are based on engagement length and frequency of sessions
  • As a guideline, the range is between USD$200-400 per hour, depending on the engagement length, the frequency of sessions, the coach, the location, access to your coach and agreed deliverables
